Thoughts...you are the author

Thoughts vary along with the process in which we use to create them. Your neurotype may dictate the varying ways that you process information, thoughts, experiences, and how you both deliver those in communication and in connection with others along with what you seek in terms of gathering information and processing that which is already within you. Regardless of how we produce or process thoughts, they hold a lot of power and reframing them to align with our goals and values can make a huge difference in what we achieve.
Thoughts, just like words, hold great power and have the ability to change what your brain believes is possible, self, and right for you and those around you, life decisions, and even permissions you give yourself to engage. This can also include avoidance, stuck patterns, the choosing comfort over growth. We can fully convince ourselves with all or nothing thinking and thought patterns that what is untrue is fact and limit our own ability to do things we actually have the strength and skills to accomplish.
Bottom line…notice what your thoughts are and how they form. Give yourself some grace and challenge what does not make sense, have valid connection to what is accurate, and those things that are solely driven by emotion alone. You can change your thoughts and create movement forward with a new internal narrative.
