Neuro-Roots LLC provides psychotherapy services in-person and via telehealth including individual counseling, family counseling, and couples counseling. Providers maintain certifications related to the scope of their practice using a wide variety of modalities to meet the needs of clients including the following:

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual counseling sessions are typically scheduled on the hour for 55 minutes. Shorter sessions pending needs and current issues may be scheduled for 40 minutes or 25 minutes.

Family Psychotherapy

Family counseling is typically scheduled for 50 minutes and directed at communication, conflict resolution, and/or parent concerns.

Telehealth Psychotherapy

Individual Counseling and Family Counseling can both be completed online through as secure platform either as a preference or when travel is not possible. Therapy sessions will follow timing as noted in individual counseling and family counseling.

Fees & Insurance

Neuro-Roots provides psychotherapy services that are billable to insurance and that are cash pay. Insurance rates will vary based on your coverage and insurances that are credentialed and accepted are done through Alma. Credit/debit card and cash payments are also accepted. Additional information related to fees, late cancellations, and billing can be found below. A limited amount of sliding scale options will be honored and taken on a case-by-case basis.

Scheduling

Mental healthcare is an investment and it takes time to build the therapeutic relationship. We understand your time is valuable and the resources it takes to put yourself first. Our goal with scheduling is to schedule in advance, typically within the same time block (same time and day each week).

Cash Pay

If you are out-of-network or prefer not to use insurance, cash rates are as follows:

60-Minute Intake Evaluation $120

55-Minute Individual Psychotherapy $110

40-Minute Individual Psychotherapy $95

25-Minute Individual Psychotherapy $65

50-Minute Family Psychotherapy $120

80-Minute Individual Psychotherapy $160 (not covered by insurance)

Late Fees & Cancellation Policy

We reserve time for you in our schedule and value your commitment to your mental health and wellbeing. Our cancellation policy details that you must cancel your session within 48 business hours of the appointment. If you are ill, you may switch to virtual/telehealth services. Specific circumstances may be taken into consideration. More information can be found on the informed consent document. Late cancellations and/or missed sessions will be charged a flat fee of $90 and are not billable to insurance.
